Event Description
Developed in partnership with Premier Education Group, the 1st4sport Level 2 Award in Applying Health & Wellbeing Principles through Physical Activity provides learners aged 17 and over with an introduction to the processes and principles of supporting Health & Wellbeing through Physical Activity
Learners who achieve this qualification will:
- Become qualified to support Health & Wellbeing through Physical Activity
- Understand the principles and practises around Health & Wellbeing
- Understand Health & Wellbeing needs
- Plan, Deliver & Review Health & Wellbeing sessions
- Make physical activity more enjoyable for all ages…and much more!
