Part 1
Gain an understanding of WHAT Inclusion/Differentiation is and WHY this essential in the delivery of ANY effective good to outstanding sessions/lessons – Gain Knowledge of the STEPS model and how to effectively implement this strategy in our planning and delivery of lessons and sessions.
Part 2
This session will further extend the knowledge learnt in the February (Part one) session of good to outstanding – In this session you will gain an understanding on WHY we plan and what should be included to make any session/lesson you deliver EASY yet effective! You will gain knowledge of Effective questioning, setting differentiated objectives linked to NC and WHY this is critical to all sessions you deliver and finally the importance of setting the appropriate and inspiring LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS
