Day 1 – STARTING AT 10:00

• Intro, including Ofsted and School improvement ‘talk’.
• POS and PEG Strategy one.
• Products and PEG Strategy two.

Day 2 – STARTING AT 09:00 (Finishing BY 16:00)

• G4G and Strategy three.
• Advocacy, partnerships and PEG Strategy four.
• Automation (IT) and PEG Strategy five.
